    Help me understand

I'm week old on this website and so far its been more then helpful on keeping me on track to reach my goals, but I'm still wondering something. Let me start of by saying that I read a lot of peoples threads on different topics, and a good percentage of users are "not yet ready for AAS." The ones that are currently using AAS are the ones giving the pointers and advice, go figure. So my questions are, what is AAS exactly used for? What are the "requirements" to start using AAS? How has AAS benefited you? I'm currently working my ass of in the gym and in my diet to get down to 15-10 bf, so I can start using AAS myself. I want to learn as much as I can about this stuff, so for you experts give a newbie some insight and your adventure so far.

For me i like to see the user at least 23+ years old, depending on maturity, and be in some type of physical condition, less than 16% BF, and have muscle built up from the last 2 years +.

You should really train to your natural potential and mean fully. Great diet, great training and for a while, not just getting there. using gear is serious, its very addicting, most addicting thing Ive ever used. They are the most abundant and important hormone for men. Its what makes us tick. But theres tons of side effects, short and long term. Honestly, I wish I never used them, it changed training from a hobby to a life style. I know "living the life" seems glamour-es , but it becomes tough as you get older, Mikexxl once said " Body building is either your way of life or it gets in the way of your life". Ive never heard a truer statement.

Think this out, make sure you really want to do it. Its going to affect the course of your life.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

I've never heard that before but I really like that statement. Knocks "what goes up, must come down" right outta the top spot in my book!

Op, basically just take it slow and make sure you've covered all your bases first. Self-education is key. Read, learn and repeat. Bodybuilding is as physical as it is mental as it is scientific.
