Food is all you need. Diet and training will get you to 175lbs plus.
Go to the nutrition section and get help.
Figureoutyour tdee. Thereareweb sites to help
TDEE is the common abbreviation for Total Daily Energy Expenditure which is a metric to calculate the amount of calories your body needs to function in a day. This is quite similar to BMR; in fact, you need your BMR to calculate your TDEE; but your TDEE accounts for your average daily activity as well to give a figure truer to your specific situation. Basically, the TDEE calculation relies on categorizing your daily activity into one of the metrics' predetermined groupings:
Sedentary - desk job and little to no exercise
Lightly Active - light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk
Moderately Active - moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk (****SIDE NOTE - even if you have a desk job most people fit right here when you workout 3-5 days a week)
Very Active - hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk
Extremely Active - hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or training
Once you have determined where you fit in on the TDEE activity rate scale, this activity rate is used to weight your BMR giving you a more accurate assessment of how many calories you really need throughout the course of the day.

i agree
im on bulking diet and im eating disgusting amounts of food that i have to force it down and im gaining slow although gear is 100% legit
4k clean calories is HARD!!!
his diet isnt more than 1500 calorie
cant gain on that ....natural or not
ALSO OP keep in mind with such diet. your gains in cycle will be 100% lost if you dont eat enough food to sustain the new gained muscle
im talking about 6-7 meals a day thats like 4 times as much as you eat right now
Food cost way more than gearLast edited by Granovich; 04-24-2013 at 12:45 PM. Reason: add info to the OP

Your problem is that you have no concept of amounts.
what you posted tells us absolutely NOTHING.
Those foods have calorie values based on weight, and macro-nutrient ratios based on the food item/way its prepared.
If you aren't gaining weight, you aren't eating enough. it's as simple as that.
And no way are you at 9% bodyfat, looking at your picture. I don't even see an outline of abs.
Not trying to be harsh, just trying to be helpful.
Please, hit the diet and nutrition section and don't waste your money on gear right now--that's all it will be...a waste.
You might grow a bit, lean out a bit on cycle, but you'll bounce right back to where you are now once you're done with it.
