Food is all you need. Diet and training will get you to 175lbs plus.
Go to the nutrition section and get help.
Figureoutyour tdee. Thereareweb sites to help

TDEE is the common abbreviation for Total Daily Energy Expenditure which is a metric to calculate the amount of calories your body needs to function in a day. This is quite similar to BMR; in fact, you need your BMR to calculate your TDEE; but your TDEE accounts for your average daily activity as well to give a figure truer to your specific situation. Basically, the TDEE calculation relies on categorizing your daily activity into one of the metrics' predetermined groupings:

Sedentary - desk job and little to no exercise
    Lightly Active - light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk
Moderately Active - moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk (****SIDE NOTE - even if you have a desk job most people fit right here when you workout 3-5 days a week)
    Very Active - hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk
Extremely Active - hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or training
Once you have determined where you fit in on the TDEE activity rate scale, this activity rate is used to weight your BMR giving you a more accurate assessment of how many calories you really need throughout the course of the day.

im on bulking diet and im eating disgusting amounts of food that i have to force it down and im gaining slow although gear is 100% legit
    4k clean calories is HARD!!!
his diet isnt more than 1500 calorie
cant gain on that ....natural or not

ALSO OP keep in mind with such diet. your gains in cycle will be 100% lost if you dont eat enough food to sustain the new gained muscle
im talking about 6-7 meals a day thats like 4 times as much as you eat right now
Food cost way more than gear

U have done very well with diet!! Seems u can do more with diet b4 you do a cycle. I think that's all the guys are saying. Save your juice and invest in food. Seriously. You have done great and I think you can get farther with diet. Heres what i have seen - guys grow on cycle and then they lose the gains. i thought u wanted to keep gaining. I would like to see you post up your diet for the experts in the nutritional forum!!! What you got to lose??? I think the knowledge you get there will help you for a long time. I recommend a lean bulk for you!!!

Btw. Never mention that cape fellas name in the nutritional forum. Never.

Your problem is that you have no concept of amounts.
what you posted tells us absolutely NOTHING.

Those foods have calorie values based on weight, and macro-nutrient ratios based on the food item/way its prepared.
If you aren't gaining weight, you aren't eating enough. it's as simple as that.
And no way are you at 9% bodyfat, looking at your picture. I don't even see an outline of abs.
Not trying to be harsh, just trying to be helpful.

Please, hit the diet and nutrition section and don't waste your money on gear right now--that's all it will be...a waste.
You might grow a bit, lean out a bit on cycle, but you'll bounce right back to where you are now once you're done with it.

Not to be rude bud I really want to help you achieve your goals but you prob need to loose a little bf too before you cycle.... Anytime I break 12% even I will come off and get my bf down to a reasonable %

Alrighty thanks I have a good idea where I need to be to put on good lean muscle about 3000 cals a day to put on 20lbs, a pound a week! My next question when I do start my cycle how much do I need to shoot I've been reading for sust 250 use about 250ml a week is that accurate for first time users and do I need to use anything with that such as a AI or should I be fine and second question do I need a pct? After I'm done with my cycle

Your dose will mainly depend on how far you can get naturally.... I swear to you that you will without a doubt end up with more overall muscle in two years if you spend the next 6-8mos focusing on diet and training alone.... If you can't keep from taking anything go with gh and peps
