    Win &prop

    Hi fellas I am doing win and prop cycle.. I know win is eod 50mg how often do I do the prop and what mgs do I do the prop??? Please help

    I'm 195lb 6ft very good diet and have been very consistent at the gym for 5 years straight.. Just not sure how to run the prop correctly. Please help

    My fault... 31 yrs old 12% body fat... How do u guys base the dosage off of body fat?

    BF% has nothing really to do with the dose..just one of the important stats that we like to have before deciminating advice.

    Prop is a short ester test that needs to be injected EOD at a minimum. Some prefer ED. 100-125mg EOD is perfect to begin....

    Alip is your Winstrol oral ? then it would be 50mg ed. ...crazy mike

    Thanks for the answer Alip. I wish I had Winni injectable. I always ran 100mg a day of that but a lower dose, I would be running 100mg eod. Can I ask how you came up with that 50mg eod. Sincerely I am curios. ...crazy mike

    If you want to get anything out of Winstrol I would run 100mg eod or 50mg ed. ...crazy mike
