Stopping a cycle early

About 3 weeks ago, I began 2mL of deca a week (two injections a week) , then from my source, I was given test E and was told to take 1 mL of that with 1 mL of deca. I'm 1 week into the test e at this point, meaning 4 weeks into starting. Basically, i've been really ****ing stupid and irresponsible with what i've been putting into my body. I've taken all instructions from whom I now know is extremely unreliable and more than likely uneducated on the use of steroids. I would like to stop taking them all together at this point before I cause serious damage to my body.

Thing is, I dont even know what the hell that is. I started this cycle completely ignorant of any knowledge I now know that I should have had.

Stop taking the steroids that the first thing you need to do and don't use them again until you know what they are and what they can do to you.

You need to get some nolva and clomid for our sponsors ar-r and after 2 weeks of stopping your steroids start taking them as follows
Nolva - 40/20/20/20
clomid - 50/25/25/25
