    can you jog while using deca durabolin?

    Is it safe to jog while using deca durabolin or will effect my heart?

    Sorry, what is your cycle like? Age? Stats? Do you know what your blood pressure is?

    Your b.p. and your age will tell u those answers.
    And if your b.p. and age are a factor that will not allow u to jog, then u shouldn't be taking AS'S.

    A little cardio could never hurt you UNLESS, it would not be safe for you to do cardio when you are not on a cycle. Check with the doc before you do anything.
