Dosing of Liquid Keto for Clen?

Just ordered some Clenbuterol, but read the benefits if taking Keto with it. The Keto came with a syringe with measurements of .01-1.0
It's a 30mL 1mg/mL btl, but curious what I should fill the syringe too? I'm 28, 200lbs.

Usually 2-3mg will suffice take the keto before bed time,it will make you drowsy. you will want to take taurine with the clen, it will prevent cramps. Some people suffer from cramps as a side from the clen.

I take 1mg of keto before bed. You can go as high as 3mg but it gets pretty pricey. I see benefits from only 1

1 ML - So pretty much the entire oral syringe. As a Side note I take 1-2 mg/day.
