    Cool Help

    Thinking about starting dbol cycle is it ok to start a cycle of just dbol or do i need to stack it with test e? new to this but dnt want to mess myself up. thanks guys

    According to your account you are not ready to cycle yet.

    One year of training is not enough to build up solid base that will be able to hold your gains after cycle.

    well ive been in the gym for technically 3 yrs but while i was in school i took a small break. and i think ive hit my peak, ive tried everything like confusing my muscles by doing the diff workouts every month but i just cnt seem to get any bigger or build anymore strenght. i take 200g protien along with creatien. any suggestions?

    well my sleep scheduale is alil messed up cuz im an EMT so i work from 6pm-6am so i sleep till about 3pm. so my day has just started. but on a reg basis i eat 4 eggs when i wake up then a protien shake with that. go to the gym take my preworkout. then another protien shake after then i go straight to work and am limited on what i can eat there, mainly chicken breast and potatoes along with another shake. i try to eat about 4x a day.then after work i go back to the gym and drink another shake there.

    You have too much shakes!! Add more real food!

    Try to do at least 5real meals a day, youll see how you weight will go up.

    Try this simple meal!

    150g chicken breast/lean beef/lean pork (cooked150g)
    200g cooked rice/potatoes/pasta
    20g almonds/sunflower seeds/walnuts

    ...do this 5times a day plus only one shake after workout.

    thnx just trying to bulk up a bit and need some tips. there is a small competition in my area and my trainer from the gym wants to enter me says i only have about 11% BF and wants to try and bulk me up and then cut me from that. thanks for all the help guys

    As you have meat/protein source and rice/carb source to have your diet balanced you need to add good fats such as nuts/avocados/olives/olive oils...

    ok thanks this helped alot. so just curious how long of training should i wait before i start cycling?

    As long as you can, as much as you achieve naturally will help you with AAS gains.

    I started after 6years of heavy duty, and if I could go back I would wait even longer.

    Hey just curious when u say 150g of chik and 200g of rice. How are u measuring g's? Like protein grams or? I think I got confused somewhere along the way lol
