    Second Cycle HELP!

    I just got done with my frist cycle about a month ago and looking into doing a second in the near future. For my first cylce all I did was Sustanon 250 at 1mL (.5mL on Thursday and .5mL on Monday) a week weighing at 145lb and almost halfway through my cycle I bumped it up to 2mL a week. Near the end I started to ween myself off and started to take a PCT with a week left of my cycle and now I only have one more week of my PCT. I weigh 165lb now.

    Im thinking about a second cycle and was going to do D-bol stacking with sustanon 250, hCG , clomi and nolvadex . I was wondering if this was the right route to go? Any suggestions? Im looking to get to the 175-185 mark.

    just curious what does the nolvadex do for you? just trying to broaden my horizons. ive seen the name around but dnt know alot about it.

    You're 6ft 165lbs after this cycle?? What did you weigh before you started?

    I was scrawny lol i weighed 145lb before and weigh 165lb now.

    Do you realize that even after this cycle and gaining 20lbs, you're still too light to cycle?

    It's very important that the next 20lbs you put on is done naturally. That way you know you will keep most of it. Basically, you are nowhere near you genetic potential. And it wouldn't surprise me if you lost most of what you just gained. Money and hard work out the window because you lacked a solid mucsle base and foundation.

    You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight. Workout regularly and eat a high calorie clean balanced diet. There's no magic pill. The magic is EATING.

    Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

    I would extend my pct. you started way too early. You may have a problem with recovery

    Ive had this solid diet since ive started working out...
    Meal 1 - 8-10 eggs with a bagel
    Meal 2 - Mass gainer shake
    Meal 3 - 8oz chicken breast with rice and veggies
    Meal 4 - Mass gainer shake with almonds
    Meal 5 - greek yogurt
    Meal 6 - Mass gainer shake before bed
    and throughout the day im constanly eating bagels in between meals

    That my friend is not a solid diet. Drop the shakes and eat real food. What is your tdee? What is the macros above?

    ok ill figure out some other way to supplement the shakes with food. what do you mean by tdee?

    You have to know how much your body needs to lose maintain or grow. Go here and read and figure your tdee

    Your TDEE is 2150 approx.

    What did he use? Op do you know how many cals you eat a day?

    any suggestions on a new diet plan? i use the shakes for a quick meal supplement due to my type of job

    Go to the nutrition section. Lay out your goals give your stats and ask for help.
