Humm, at 6% body fat you want to cut down? At that point you're looking at diuretics. I don't even understand how one can function with such a low BF%. You could decrease your caloric intake to 1500-1600, decrease your water intake, increase your cardio and you'd probably be where you want to be. Not sure what the point of it would be unless you're competing.

IMO still not worth it, I ended up in hospital when i was younger. My bf was low and I was ignorant, my organs were beginning to shut down. I had bad pain in my kidney and went to ER and ended up in icu for two days. Wasn't fun.

Absolutely. I'm very strict.
1st meal: 6 eggs whites, bowl of oatmeal, scoop of whey with skim milk, banana, cup of green tea.
2nd meal: handful of almonds, grilled chicken breast or grilled fish(salmon/tilapia)
3rd meal: post workout...protein shake, chicken or fish again, salad
4th meal: turkey breast sandwhich on whole wheat bread, salad
5th meal: casein shake
