Cycle Guidance
Gang -
I'm 39, 6'1", 225 and 16% BF. I'm wrapping up my 4th cycle in 2 years - which consisted of Test E (12 weeks at 500 / week), Anavar (first 6 weeks at 50 ED) and Proviron (14 weeks at 50 ED). I have ran clen / T3 on and off, and will begin HGH (3 ius / day 7 days a week forever) when it arrives shortly. My diet is supurb and my routine is lifting 5 days a week w/ 45 to 60 minutes of low intensity cardio.
My question -
I started this cycle at 22% BF, and 8 weeks into it I'm 16%. My goal is to hit 10%. I'd like to know if I should / can run a follow-up cycle immediately after this, or if I should take 12 weeks off. In the past, the second I stop test - I crash - even w/ proper PCT. I'd like to keep my energy / gains going through the summer along w/ dropping BF.
Your help is greatly appreciated!

I would keep on a low dose of test for a month or two till your lipids and other blood markers return to baseline. Then hit it again.

Thanks Schon - I was thinking the same thing. Do you have a recommendation on a very lean / cutting cycle? I have one I've mapped out, but am not sure about it - I was considering switching to Test Prep, and adding Tren and Winny (this would be my cutting cycle).
Has anyone ran this for very lean gains / BF cutting?

Hah...do you think HCG will stop you from permenant HPTA damage from staying on exogenous hormones for long periods of time?
The longer your'e on the less chance for recovery...plain and simple!

What do you consider "a long period of time"?

OK. That's why I asked the question about an immediate "next cycle". Typically I wait as much as the duration of the cycle - so I can rebound.

Are you doing any BW between cycles? "Rebound" is different individualy. You sound as if your pushing your use a bit hard. At youir age (I just turned 40) recovery becomes even more difficult. Adiquite time off is even more important...unless you are prepeared for needles every week for life

I agree with Lunk.
Not only do you want to follow the time on + PCT = time off rule, you want ensure your CNS has adequate rest, as well as your endocrine system. This is particularly importation as you get older as Lunk has already pointed out.
CNS = Central Nervous System.
