Subject says it lol.
8 weeks in to my cycle:
Test e 600mg/wk
Clen 120 mg ED
T3 120 MG ED
HCG 250mg 2x week
Aromasin 25 mg/day
I noticed slight swelling yesterday and ever more so today. I did 25mg of aromasin yesterday but switched to perscription Adex today (.5mg).
I planned on doing .5mg EOD of Adex but should I go ahead and do .5MG ED until the swelling goes down?

Water retention/bloating perhaps. And yes you could try your Rx Adex @ .5mg EOD until bloating is reduced.

How is your sodium intake? Water intake? Are both of these inline with a solid and well planned diet?

Funny you should ask.. The only sodium I take in is the slight seasoning that I put on my chicken before baking and on whatever veggies I'm eating that day. Very little though.
Yesterday was the first day since being on that I cheated and I ate a salty ass 1/2 of a large ham and cheese lettuce and olive schlotskes sandwich..
I took aromasin every day, 25mgs at around 10AM with my CLA, fish oil and flax. But, the reason I'm switching to Adex is because based off of my past experience the Aromasin is underdosed...

Tried their clen and T3 compared to the RX stuff I recently got and it isn't anywhere near it...leading me to believe the aromasin will be just the same

ARR gear is gtg, I use there adex, Clen, and T3 with no issues before.. Fat just melted off
Currently using the adex with my trt dose without any issues have been for over 2 years

Not trying to discredit ARR but there is a noticeable difference between their clen/T3compared to what I have now. With ARR I could jump up to 120 fast with no issues. I had to stay at 80 for a few days with what I have now due to shakes and restlessness lol. Either way, its all good.
Just trying to fix the situation at hand. Any suggestions? If I wake up tomorrow still swollen just pop another .5 mg Adex?
Edit: further patting ARR on the back I have use the aromasin since day one and did not have an issue until now. Also, the last 2 doses I took were the last 2 in the bottle so it could have possibly been a potency issue

It's a complete lie to say ar-r is up to par with pharmaceutical grade products. I'm not saying their gear is bunk but it is underdosed and completely inadequate compared to pharmaceutical grade products. with that being said it generally still does the trick. Although I have two threads with two separate blood labs run with my estrogen being extremely high for the amounts of letro I had been using by AR R. I'm going to contact them about it shortly. I know their customer service is second to none.
EAT, TRAIN, REST
List your FULL DIET........day to day.......list all meals that you may make during the week.
Throw in some cardio.......increase water intake.

That is not an accurate statement. Every chem shop has run into issues, but ar-r is most certainly up to par. Furthermore; of course pharm grade would be the 1st choice, but not everyone has access to them, including yourself.

You can try a higher ai dose, but you should get bloodwork. And if this appeared suddenly, it's possible you might just have an allergic reaction to something.

Routine: Mon/Tues Power Training Lower/upper
Thurs/Friday Hypertrophy Lower/upper
Meal frequency: Intermittent fasting. Fasting from 6PM - 10 AM. All cardio is conducted at 8 am for 60 mins, fasting fo an additional hour after cardio then consuming my first meal at 10AM
Meal 1 10 AM(also considered my Pre-WO): 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
2 TBSP ground flax seed
3 Hard boiled Eggs
Meal 2 1 PM PWO: 1/2 Cup Oats (or 1 large Sweet Potato)
2 8 Oz Chicken Breasts lightly seasoned and baked
Handful of Mangos
1/2 Avocado, OR coacoa dusted almonds
Fresh Cut green beans, or Kale with some raw ginger
Meal 3 3:30 PM: 8 - 12 oz of fresh salmon or tuna on a bed of fresh kale with a dash of balsamic vinagerette
Handful of almonds (plain)
1/2 cuecumber with fresh squeeze lime and cayenne pepper
Meal 4 5:30 PM: 2 8 Oz chicken brests OR 8 oz of sirloin
1/2 cuecumber
2 tbsp flax seed
Suppliments: 2g CLA taken 3xday
Raspberry Ketones 100mg/day

It has actually significantly reduced since I made this post. I really feel it was the amount of sodium in that sanwitch yesterday along side my wife leaving the window open all day and pollen was pretty crazy outside. I could not hope to slide my wedding ring off earlier and it comes off fine now. Face is swollen just under my eyes (like i didnt get enough sleep) but I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night.
