If one was to do an 8 week prop cycle + 4 weeks pct....

Take 12 weeks off after Pct

Then start another 8 week prop cycle after 12 weeks

Would this be a bit over the top?

the rule of 'time on + PCT = time off' would still be adhered to?

The only way to be sure would be bloodwork. It "should" be a enough time off but the more the better.

The longer your HPTA is shutdown the more chance there is to never fully recover.
