I am 23, never cycled, been lifting for years, i weigh 208, 5'7. I made a purchase dbol ans test e , was going to do dbol 4 weeks test e 10 ten weeks, am i ready!?

If this is your first run, I would run test only and leave dbol for later.

.25 mg? Im nust super nervous about gyno, and wen would u do the dbol ? Starting what week, Pct is nolva week 12 40 mg forst coupld days and then 20 mg for 30 days, with hcg ?

so your not using your hcg on cycle.

Prevention rather than treatment is a more prudent avenue to take, imho. Why wait until you've suffered Testicular Atrophy before you begin hCG ? This has never made sense to me or anyone else in the medical community. So why would we intentionally do this to ourselves?

You should try and get some mate 2x 250iu wk from wk 1 the day before test pin and stop 3-4 days before pct but if you've not got it there's nothing you can do about that there your balls lol.
