hey every one.
i decide to do my first cycle after 3 years of training . im turning 26 in 2 months . i lost 7kg (16 lb) after a knee surgery i had couple of months ago so im 63 kg (137 lb) 6.1' 8% body fat .i have no idea what to get and how much to use, every ones telling me different thing so im lost here ... i know the diet i regained 2 kg in past couple of months all i need is a profesional ideas for for my cycle and after cycle...
