first cycle HEEELLPPPPP
hey every one.
i decide to do my first cycle after 3 years of training . im turning 26 in 2 months . i lost 7kg (16 lb) after a knee surgery i had couple of months ago so im 63 kg (137 lb) 6.1' 8% body fat .i have no idea what to get and how much to use, every ones telling me different thing so im lost here ... i know the diet i regained 2 kg in past couple of months all i need is a profesional ideas for for my cycle and after cycle...

you don't need steroids , just eat and workout..
think about why did you loose that 7kg? answer is because you were eating less food than your body needs to maintain that weight.. i mean you can still eat after knee surgery. so thats not really an excuse.. know what i mean?

its true but first it was just a bit hard to eat while ur in that much pain and also almost half of that weight was because now my right leg is half the size of my left. im defiantly goin to fix that first and im trying but im looking for quick result. it took me almost 2 years to gain 9 kiloo. i dn know why but if i eat any thing less than 5 times on a work day im down a killo day after.

you need to eat more food.. steroids are not magic.. there is nothing quick about it..
