    Question deca/test e

    im curious if i should be feeling effects yet.. i havent really gained much weight maybe 2-3 pounds.. was having night sweats but they seemed to stop.. decent pumps in gym.. not really exspecting much because it is so early but ive read threads of people gaing up to 10 pounds by the second or third week.. i would like to know someones gains process.. not concerned unless i dont see anything by week six.. just curious.. i been tracking my diet 4200 cals ed 200g protien ...workout is legit and heavy weight spots on reps that fail. 250mg deca 600mg test e

    what are your stats?
    whats the full cycle look like?
    you taking an AI?
    how long have you been training?
    how many cycles have you done?
    what week are you on?

    5'6 178lbs 12%bf.. 10 weeks deca 12 weeks test e clomid and Nolvadex pct.. i ran tren a for 8 weeks 75mg eod and test 400 10 weeks 800mg ew and nolva

    You really shouldn't be cycling at your age that's a big mistake and by looking at your stats and cycle history your doing something wrong either with your training or diet, I would suspect both need a lot of work. I think you should stop taking steroids and get blood work done and see if you have caused damage to your natural test or not. I would also start researching how to eat to grow and how to train properly to stimulate muscle tissue. Steroids are not the answer trust me they are not, at your age its all about what you put in your mouth and how you train.... Hope you take my advice best of luck

    I would listen to the advice mate it's not what you want to hear but you could mess your self up train hard and try to eat good and then in a few years do a cycle.

    With 4200 cals you should be getting way more then 200 grams of protein.... I get 250-275 grams of protein with just 2800-3000 cals... Just an FYI , you might want to look at that as just part of your diet..
