Hey guys,
I am not currently using clen but have it for when I want to lean out some. I know some guys swear by it and some guys hate it but I figured I'll never know which group I fall into unless I try it. Anyway, one of the biggest things I miss about being on is the pumps in the gym, and recently read that clen is responsible for nitrogen retention and therefore causes fullness and pumps? I'd never heard that but didn't know if it held any merit and didn't know if it would be worth using even 20mcg pre workout for a good pump.
