Mid-Thirties - Intro With Some Questions

I’ve been around the forums for years but just finally joined and figured I would try to get into the mix a bit. I’ve cycled a few times in the past, never for size, but for lean gains and a ripped physique. Most of my experience is with primo, winny, clen , and T3. My body reacts well to these compounds and I’ve always had good results.

I cycled winny a couple of times in my early 20’s with no PCT. I ended up recovering though. When I got a little older and became more knowledgeable I discovered primo. I did a primo cycle and a second with winny, both with proper pct and good results.

As some of you older guys may know, life happens and things tend to slow down a bit. I once was a gym rat and now I’m lucky to find the time to lift 4 times a week. I try to fit in cardio every day of the week for 30 minutes at a minimum, but sometimes up to an hour.

I used to be pretty ripped (exaggerating a bit, but I had really good tone) at around 180 – 185 lbs. Then as I mentioned life happened. Blah, blah, blah. I ended up weighing 270 lbs.

Over the past couple of years I cleaned up my diet and started exercising again. I am down to 205 and have been stuck there for a while. I figure I’m 2 years back into a disciplined lifestyle and it may be time to kick start my life again. I will also mention that genetics have not been kind to me with age.

I’m not 100% sure yet but I have been kicking around some ideas and may try to setup a very mild, lean muscle building, cutting cycle. I have to be careful with what I use and how big I get because any suspicion of what I am up to could have some pretty horrible repercussions.
I would love to know what some of you think and would like to try and make some new online friends (Does that sound pathetic).

    My stats are:
Age: mid 30’s, Height: 5’ 8”, current weight: 205, BF%: Too high (but at least I’m not a fat f*ck anymore)

I've been lifting since I was about 15 yo (on and off for the past 8 years) and have a stocky build.

Keep in mind I still plan to lose more weight/fat before trying this. I have not run Test before and I really don’t want to. I am thinking of adding it to maximize the benefit of the primo.

Test E: Weeks 1-12 100 or 200 mgs per week.

Primo: Weeks 1-12 500 mgs per week.

Winny: Weeks 7-12 50 mgs daily.

    Clenbuterol : Weeks 3-4, 7-8,11-12 pyramid to 120 or 140 mcgs.

T3 (depending on BF): Weeks 3-12 pyramid to 100 mcgs

    Arimidex : Weeks 1-12 .25 eod.

Nolva or Clomid: Weeks 13-16 40/40/20/20 or 100/100/50/50

Not sure if hcg is needed here with such a low dose of Test.

    All comments/criticisms are appreciated.

    Welcome to the Forums.

I would not begin this cycle until you are at least around 15% BF or less. This is very important.

I recommend you adjust your diet and reduce your Body Fat to around 15% before you begin your cycle. This will also reduce your likelihood of experiencing unwanted sides attributed to high E2 levels like, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), Acne, Raised Blood Pressure, Increased Heart Rate, Bloating, Cardio vascular Issues, Mood swings, changes to your Cholesterol Factors (HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC)...ect.

Excess fatty tissue is a huge proponent of Estrogen. "Adipose tissue can contribute significantly to the circulating pool of estrogens." You want your BF to be as low as possible before you begin your proposed cycle - very important! Read this clinical study…Estrogen production and action. [J Am Acad Dermatol. 2001] - PubMed - NCBI

And then head over to the Nutritional Forums and the Specialists in there will assist you in developing a solid diet that will reflect your intended goals and slim you down to a more suitable and safe BF%. Remember, your gains and body composition begin in the kitchen, not the needle.

    Hey Mick. I completely agree.

I plan on losing quite a bit more BF prior to even stocking up. I guess my main goal is to get all of the questions out of the way now, so when the time does come I will be ready to go.

I would recommend you get blood work done.

If all is good then diet down as recommended.

You truly are the link master bro. It's great that you compiled so much information to one location for people to follow.

I do have a question regarding PCT. It appeared the recommendation is to run nolva and clomid for PCT. Is that correct? Or is it one or the other?

Also, is it the same dose regarless of the cycle or does a heavier cycle require larger doses of PCT?

Yes Clomid/Nolva for PCT is my recommendation.

The dose may vary a bit for a longer or larger cycle, but i think the biggest change and more importantly would be the length of recovery rather than the amounts.

    Beastbro,

Take a peek at this thread. I think you enjoy the mechanics of how to put together a proper cycle and the associated compound that are necessary to ensure a smooth and relatively painless cycle.

But dont begin until your BF has been reduced to more conducive percentages.

Yeah. I'm still going to be working on the BF for the next couple of months. I'm trying to switch up my cardio routine to see if I can kick the fat loss into gear again. I've been kind of stuck for a while.

I'm basically trying to add in some running along with elyptical training. I am also going to try breaking the cardio workouts out into 2 sessions on some days.

I'm still working on a post for the nutritional forum, but I'm reading as much as I can before I post so I don't go wasting anyones time.
