Shut down for life
Not sure if anyone can answer this one but it has been bugging me lately. If you don't recover and have to go on trt can you still have kids? Do you still produce the fertile seamen or are you shooting blanks for life?

its very hard to answer this question as it depends on the individual and there is no general rule
from my research it seems that chance gets smaller to have kids to an extent but what alot of people do when they try to have kids is taper down the testosterone and introduce HCG and AI then SERMS for a while and sometimes it works. and when mission is accomplished they go back on TRT dose.
i have a friend who does this ( stop Testosterone ) and do HCG,HMG,SERMS for a while every 1-2 years just so he doesnt stay on trt for long time and he actually has a girl who was conceived while he was on TRT ..
but im sure no one will say YES or NO , no 100% guaranteed answer

You can always freeze some sperm ahead of time. Use of HCG throughout TRT will also greatly help. Look at all the pro BB-ers popping out kids and most of them are never off.

Ummm personal experience here. I'm an old-ish guy 38. Number of cycles behind me and was in the middle of one when I got a girl who was on depo pregnant. Shocked us both as she was on birth control and I kinda figured I was shooting blanks. Guess the AAS made for some strong ass swimmers. Proof the PEDs do work. Lol
