    Drop bf%

    What can I take that's isn't a aas to cut as much bf% as possible once I know I can post in the proper forum?

    Diet, Cardio, Lots of Water.............or u can take chemicals like Clen or ECA stack that aren't healthy for you......

    Yea just wanted to see what to take then make the desision on which forum lol. And thanks guys my diet is good but I was trying to get bigger so the eating more in less meals didn't work so great I didn't gain any extra bf but haven't lost any either ,ill just cut intake down a little and 6 smaller meals and step up the cardio maybe try clen ill post in serms more about it thought right?

    clen is not a serm. not sure which section it belongs in exactly.

    People generally say that clen burns 150-200 calories a day because it is a stimulant and can help with maintaining muscle mass
    Run it for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off because you build up a tolarance.
    also taper the dose like this:

    Day 1: 20 mcg
    Day 2: 20 mcg
    day 3: 40
    Day 4: 40
    Day 5: 60
    Day 6: 60
    Day 7: 80
    Day 8: 80
    Day 9: 100
    Day 10: 100
    day 11: 100
    day 12: 100
    day 13: 100
    day 14: 100
    stop for 2 weeks
    do the same dosage pattern after your break

    If sides get too severe, don't bump the dose up. It's fine if you stay at 60 and never get to 100
    Also you can go maybe to 140mcg per day, but this is a powerful stim and can be dangerous at these doses.

    To the OP. You can take all the CLEN you want too and if your diet sucks you're not gonna drop bodyfat. DIET IS KEY!!! I would say about 90% of the people that I run into at the gym and on this forum that says "My diet is good", "My diet is on point", "Don't worry about me, my diets the shit", etc have shitty diets. I can almost guarantee you that your diet sucks; or at best, isn't optimal. Sorry....just sayin.

    If I were you I would go to the nutrition section, post up your diet, and get some feedback on how to properly put together a solid diet. You might also run an eca stack during this time to give extra energy at the gym and curb appetite if you're having issues in that department.

    After you get down to around 12% BF or so, that would be the appropriate time to break out the Clen or albuterol (after a short break from the ECA of course). I like CLEN personally, but to each his own.

    Well it's not optimal but its pretty good. its not the same thing every day but the macros are close ill post my diet soon but I need to start weighing out all my meals that might be the problem. Also I wasn't trying to cut I was bulking so I wasn't looking to lose much bf at all.
