As the subject title suggests, I am putting together my First Cycle and would appreciate the advice of more experienced users
So current stats;
Age – 24
Weight - 85kg /187lbs
Height – 1.81m /5ft11
Bodyfat - 11-12%
Years training – 4.5
Training
2 days training 1 day rest
30 mins low intensity walking each day 5.15am
So the cycle looks like this so far;
(I already have these and would be difficult for me to alter although not impossible)
• Week 1-10 Testosterone Sustanon 500mg per week (Monday/Thursday)
• Week 1-10 Arimidex .25g EOD
• Week 13-15 --
• Week 16 Nolvadex 40mg ED
• Week 17-19 Nolvadex 20mg ED
• Week 16-17 Clomid 50mg ED
• Week 18-19 Clomid 25mg ED
Pinning Monday and Thursdays;
Alternating between Glute and Quad (Left/Right sides)
Pins 23g x 1” & 25g x 1”
