Let me start off by saying this is a great forum. There is a wealth of information and I have a lot of reading ahead of me. I have a question though, in your guys opinion, do I need steroids to reach my goals? Stats: 26yrs old/M/5'10"/170lbs/16% BF. I honestly don't even hit the gym. I do crossfit 3x a week (2nd week in) and just do basic calisthenics at home on the days between. Sat-sun off. My goals are to be a lean 170lbs at 9-10% BF. speaking with a friend of mine, he said to hit the weights and take Test E along with Deca and I will be close after my first cycle. What do you guys think? Are my goals attainable within 3 months without? Or should I take my friends advice?
