    help with cycles

hello,i am new to this whole thing, was wondering if anyone could stear me in the right direction, i have gyno lumps under each nipple, since i was a teen then i ran a test-e cycle last year and made them worse, planing on having surgery in the comming months, was just wondering a few things?

    1. how long should i stop training for.
    2. when can i start a new cycle after surgery.
    3. what would be the best way to go about it ( dosage and type)
    4. what can i do to prevent getting gyno again.

any help would be muchly appriciated, thankyou

All your questions depends on individual.

You have to have a chat with your doctor.

Prevention - before you will start taking AAS get some reading first! Not just about AAS but AI, HCG and other stuff!

    BEST PREVENTION? DONT DO AAS.

    Good luck

    AAS= anabolic androgenic steroids .

This shows you have done no research on the subject and have no business using AAS

dude you can't just take tren right off the bat by the way you have no knowledge about aas i hope you previous cycle you said you did was untrue ,another thing proving you dont know what your doing and have done no research. Slow down research for months, yes months! Read all that you can about diet, training and AAS befor you even get the notion in your head that you want to do steriods . Also what are your stats anyway?

    1. You'll be out of lifting 4-6 weeks
    2. You can run a cycle the day after surgery if you like but your question is rather pointless
    3. Do plenty of research
    4. You can't guarantee it not coming back.magain, research ways to minimise the risk

You have LOTS of reading to do before you even consider thinking about AAS. Just because you have done one cycle doesn't mean you should do more.

Get your surgery and worry about nothing else other than fixing your training and diet for some time.
    NO SOURCES GIVEN
