But first I think I will follow what MickeyKnox said and get bigger first. I know your sending me links to hardgainer threads but I wouldn't class myself as a hard gainer, physically I don't look skinny ... I have a big frame and i'm well structured, I can gain fat easy but I decided to cut and get down to 9% bf.
Does anyone know what kind of gains ill get from a 4 week cycle of 500mg test prop?
