    FIRST CYCLE - Test prop 500mg/week for 4 weeks

    age 25
    bf 9%
    weight 176lb
    training on and off since i was 17
    Height 6ft 1

    Hello, im looking to start my very first cycle.
    I am wondering will I gain much muscle from using testosterone propionate at 500mg a week for 4 weeks.
    I am running testp for 4 weeks for the purpose of testing it out, i want to see how my body reacts. I would like to gain muscle during this cycle, anyone know of the potential gains that can be made?

    I can only get my hands on nolvadex so for 3 weeks I will use 40/20/20.
    During cycle take nolva if gyno occurs.


    When I was 18 I took dianabol at 50/60mg a day for 3 weeks and gained about 14lb so I do have semi experience, afterwards though I had no pct but I recovered in like a week and my nuts were fine lol.


    So anyone have anything to help me out with?

    I'm gunna do a test e cycle only here soon too. But I would suggest just doing 8 weeks I wish I had the link to beginner cycles someone should have it here if they reply. Do you have a picture it's just I see all the time guys posting their stats and them being way off its very important to be honest about all stats or you can mess your body up forever.

    Go eight weeks bud. You will get much better gains. You can get an AI from the site sponsor.

    Youre way too light bro!

    You need to learn to eat properly before you learn to use AAS. If you do a cycle now, you likely will not keep any of it because you have not built a foundation for any new muscle to grow on. You first need to build some solid dense muscle in order to maintain any new muscle. Then, you need to eat more to maintain your new muscle. It’s all about eating. Figure out your TDEE and up your cals at least 500 each day to gain some weight.

    Post your intended diet here including macros and the pros in there will assist you in tweaking your diet to fit your intended goals. Good luck!

    So you are all saying 8 weeks? i read a thread saying 4 week "burst" cycles are a good idea for a first cycle. I think i'm just gonna stick to 4 weeks and after that I will up the anti so to speak and go on for longer.

    But first I think I will follow what MickeyKnox said and get bigger first. I know your sending me links to hardgainer threads but I wouldn't class myself as a hard gainer, physically I don't look skinny ... I have a big frame and i'm well structured, I can gain fat easy but I decided to cut and get down to 9% bf.

    Does anyone know what kind of gains ill get from a 4 week cycle of 500mg test prop?

    Short burst cycling can be very productive, but it requires a prime first to take full advantage of the short cycle.
