20 hour + of reading and need advice on what to stack with TEST for first cycle
38 years young
5' 11''
175 LBS
13% body fat
lifting for about 10 years.
I know a lot of people say not to run gear unless you are 200 LBS+ but im doing it anyways
I've also read all about PCT and what Cycle/doses to run with everything
My goals are to put on about 10-15 LBS of muscle and keep it. I don't mind gaining a little fat, but would like to keep that to a minimum. I like to do it in under 16 weeks if possible.
In your opinion, what is best to take with TEST to reach that goal out of the three items below:
Deca , EQ, Masteron
Side questions.
I've read:
Masteron: is better then EQ if you have low body fat. What is "low" body fat? under 15%? 10%? 5%?
Deca : will balloon you up in weight but its mostly water and you will lose most of it,.. True or false?
EQ: Slow gain but you keep it all. The sides especially with hair is bad. Is this true?

I think you're on the small side to be using AAS. And none of those items you've chosen are recommended for a first cycle. Diet and proper recovery plan determines gains, not AAS.

I appreciate your advice Mickey but i am going to do it anyways. My diet and work outs are solid but i just have a hard time Gaining and am looking for some help. I am going to do AAS no matter what so please help. Thanks

You're asking for opinions, then disregarding them. Nothing should be stacked with test for your first cycle. Also, for ten years of listing you are quite small. This shows us you don't know how to eat properly. Any gains you make will be lost post cycle because you don't know how to eat and keep that muscle.

Thats true. My diet was horrible in the past. But about 6 month ago i researched like hell and went from 17% body fat to 12%.
If you ask me what i ate 3 month ago today i could tell you how many calories/carbs/fat/protein i ate. I know how to eat right now
Im getting up there in age so i want to have some help in gaining some mass. I know a lot of people think ist cycle should be just test but I've also herd a lot of vets say if they had to do it all over again, they would run more then just TEST because you get the most gains from the first cycle so am a little confused.

You're splitting hairs here for the sake of your health. And that my friend will can come back and bite you in the ass. Trust me, you will not look back and say, "aww man, i could have put on 5 more pounds if i only did twice as much Testosterone ."
Your weight gains are determined by your diet, not how much oil you inject.

Test is first cycle period so you understand what it does to your body. Anything on top of that is playing with fire. Trust me mate just cost your 38 doesn't mean you have to pound as much as you can. A lot of older guys have incredible slabs of defined muscle well into their 50's

The reason for test only is this:
Say you start the cycle and have a terrible reaction or side effect. Which steroid caused it? By running test only, you will know what to expect from it. So when u add Deca or something in your later cycles, you will know what the side is from. If u got zero acne with test only but a ton with test and dbol , u know the dbol causes acne for you. Where as if u never did test only, you wouldn't know which was responsible. Also, your body will be so shocked by the increased hormones, you dont need extra compounds. The extra compounds are used for when test only no longer works. Hope you understand

They are saying test only because if you run 2 compounds and get bad sides you wont know which is causing it. Plus the more gains you make in a short period of time the less likely you are to keep it. Just run test only you will be glad you did. You need to learn slowly. Things are different on cycle your body changes. Diet needs to be adjusted as you gain weight. If you dont then you will gain then plateu then lose. Ask me how I know. Just listen to these guys about test only.

Thanks for the advice guys. I guess i will go with TEST only then. With a good PCT and working out hard and a good diet. How much of my gains can i expect to keep? Any supplements i should take to help me keep the gains?

i used test only first for the reasons explained above plus it was new and didnt want to put my under any unwanted extra problems. i made really awesome gains and have kept them but i was perphared in regards to pct, as i have watched mates grow then shrink again because they dont use a pct.
- i used nolva/clomid/booster i would have used hcg as well but couldnt get my hands on it
