Hey so been nervous about quad shot...
Buddy I meant who has been on gear and around ppl for many years also has wife who is cna told me this and this is what I did last night.

Lay along ground with legs straight out in front. Take fist to my stomach And move arm back wards to where it lines up with quad.

So fist to stomach..
Rotate fist outwards till it is over quad..

Looking after I did it and standing up I actually think i went to high up and tilted needle to much once I was in. Nervous, and not really having hands straight..

Its a little tuffer to push through then glute.

But went well I guess.. aspirated... 1ml slow injection about 35 sec to squeeze in. Pulled out no drop of blood, alcohol swabbed it and bandaid. Drop or two blood after.

Lol no homo but bandaid is where I poked.

You can all the way up and down the leg. Quit worrying. Just don't pin that muscle on the inside by your knee. That friggin hurts

Yes I know was just giving out my exp and how I was told to do it. I def can tell certain spots will hurt more.. mine is sore today. Tomorrow def gonna be worse.. lil pain reliever and should be good.

Next time just sit in chair-straighten leg to be pinned-relax and pin. Now that you know the area it will get easier and your hand will get steadier. To me the alcohol cleaning of the process is more important than anything else you do. Don't forget to swab! Everything

Oh yes, I double swab before and swab after.

HAAA, ^^^. Just relax. Ya know what do you think, other then an ooch ! sting or maybe some pain, what is the worst thing that could happen. You took care of bacteria, so no infection, maybe cellulitis ?? maybe ? but then what some pain there and that will heal and o away. No problem. Relax we say, just relax. ...crazy mike
