    Primo, Var, test cycle.

    Hi, all!

I'm 36 years old, 172 cm, 61 kg. In the past I used Primo, 200 mg weekly, for 10 weeks. It worked well for me since my goal was to gain some clean mass without losing definition. My goal stays the same this time.

I'm planning on running 200 mg of Primo weekly, 30 gr of Anavar e.d. And test (Testoviron) 100 mg weekly for 12 weeks. I have Nolva and Clomid for pct.

The only thing I want know is, terms os safety, if 12 weeks is too much time to run this gear.

Thank you and sorry for my poor English.

5'6" and 134 lbs... It's not just the weight that triggered the question, the dosages proposed as well.

I think your safest route is nutrition, bjo. That's not a safe frame to start building off of. You could seriously injure yourself.

Anyway, 200mg of primo will do nothing. Complete waste of a good compound. Same goes for 30mg of Var.

Forget all this, save your money and stay safe. Better to spend your money on food.

    Good luck.

I am not that small, I have like thin bones. Like a girl (wich sucks).

And the truth is that I don't weigh myself for a long time. I believe in mirrors not in scales, probably I weigh more than 60 kgs, :P

You look great. So what you are thin. Eat more lift harder and you will see results.

I tried var at 40g and it was a waste of money. I also used Primo at that dose when I was much younger and again it was a waste. No one wants to hear to get their diet in check first when they have gear in their hand. I would bet most people have used gear without their diet being in check however it really is the best way to use AAS.

Eat more get stronger then mess with it.

I saw great results from 80mg of var a day, and from what I have read you should be at at least 800-1200mg of primo and its often a compound that is counterfit so keep that in mind.

Var is great when run with test.

I will post my diet in the nutrition forum.

And probably will make some changes in my cycle, since I don't have it yet.

    And thanks once again, Rwy!
