This may be posted in the wrong part of the forum if so I'm sorry.

    I've been training 4 times a week.
    Monday - chest/biceps
    Tuesday - back/triceps
    Wednesday - rest day
    Thursday - shoulders/biceps
    Fridays - legs: triceps

I'm just wondering should I do abs and forearms on Wednesday instead of resting?

My goals are to add mass my diet is good and my exercises are also good.

So on Monday say. Do chest biceps and forearms then Tuesday do back triceps and abs rest Wednesday Thursday do shoulders biceps and forearms then Friday do legs triceps and abs ? Because the 1 day rest in the week is pretty essential right?

its all up to your recovery on what body parts to do. Abs and forearms recover quickly for me since they are a small muscle. My workout split is this

    legs/traps/bicepsforearms/abs
    chest/triceps/abs
    wed rest
    back/traps/biceps/forearms/abs
    shoulders/triceps/abs

right on i would say train them at least twice a week or more just pay attention to soreness and how your body responds. Congrats on the gains
