    Should I cycle this

Hey guys I'll start off with my story here. Done several prohormone cycles in my life but never an AS cycle. I took my last pro cycle in July of last year. It was a single conpoud (cyanostane) and took an over the counter off cycle thinking it would be enough for what I was taking. Around 3 months after I was off of the off cycle I started having estrogen side effects (gyno flare up) an got little lumps under both of my nipples and they hurt very badly. After realizing what was going on I got on letro which stopped the growth of the gyno ( shrunk it some) and the sensitivity. My nipple are still alittle puffy to me (but nothing noticeable to anyone else) and I have small (pea size or smaller) unsensitive lumps under each nipple still. But I've been what I feel is normal for about 4 months now

Now to my question. I'm considering doing a cycle of test e and winstrol for 6 weeks. Considering my past should I do this cycle and can I do it safely? If so how should I run the cycle ( dosage per week and whether or not I should be using an AI with it) and what would the best choice for off cycle be and dosage ( I know nolva or clomid but I mean should I run something else with them and how much?)

Are you aware of the risks of cycling at your age? A six week cycle of test e would be a waste IMHO as the test would be just starting to kick at the time you end your cycle and start pct

It would actually be a 10 week cycle. A pal of mine told me I could possibly double up on shots a wee to make it last 5 to 6 weeks but I don't know if that's what I want to do. If I do it. Because i feel the dosage would be to high. That's why I'm here though asking because I was advice from people who really know what they are doing and know how to do it the right and safe way as yourself so it can help me make this decision

Your goals are easily accomplished with nutrition. Have you posted up your meal plan in the nutrition section?
