    Loosing Body Fat

    Good Evening,

I started out at the beginning of March at 31% BF.
I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio (3x / week), my diet is approx 1800 cals, and I have been taking 100 mcg T3 for the month of April.

Problem is, I have lost 10 pounds (mostly in April) and have come to a crash stop, loosing no more weight. I am considering adding clen to my morning routine... (down to 28% BF)

A friend recommended cutting out the cardio and going to strength training....

I work in a food manufacturing plant as a manager... (lots of 12-14 hour days starting at 4 am.)
It is all I can do to drag my butt to the gym for cardio....

Q: How do you work out, when you are so tired you cannot see straight?

Q2: What else can I do to loose weight? I eat a TON of veggies, and only clean protein...
I do a 42 g prot shake for breakfast... veggie or fruit for snack... light lunch.... dinner and top the evening off with a yogurt.

My wife wants to try green coffee... but that looks like all the other crap that people market to desperate people.

    Any suggestions.????

If those numbers are accurate, you should be losing weight. I would increase cardio to 45 minutes 5 to 6 days a week.

sure. Lift but not too heavy. Just moderate "Maintenance" lifting. Be sure to cardio after weights, not before. Increase your liquid intake, include diet green tea in your liquids and supplement with L-Methionine @ 2 grams daily. (1.5 grams of that pre-workout).

One thing with the weights, lifting keeps your body burning fat for 24 hrs where cardio is only like 6-8 hrs, so you defiantly want to add in the weights and up you cardio. I work 12-14 he's too it's sure not easy. I have used a supplement called ECA extreme and it has worked for me and not as harsh as Clen .

Just keep at it, maybe up your protein and cut more carbs out. Good luck.

Wow guys..... Some bad info going into this thread IMO

OP, at 28% bodyfat all you need to do to cut it dial your diet in......

Now to optimise your fat loss I would recommend the following....

3-5 heavy weight training sessions per week.... Focusing only on big lifts
2 HIIT sessions per week (10-15 x 15-30 second high intensity intervals)
3 30-45 min interval sessions pew week...

No LISS cardio.... At 28% bodyfat your wasting your time doing low intensity stuff..... Do intervals instead.

Forget the T3 and clen .... You don't need it at all....

I cut from 250 to 205 lifting mostly and very little cardio. Knees would hurt if I did anything but bike. Compound lifts to tax the most muscle IE squat, deadlift, bench, row. Do a full body workout 3X a week, you'll be sore as hell starting off and the number on the scale wont move but stick with it and eventually you'll see the fat peel away.

My personal experience I was 250 (down from a high of 272 on my own) when I went to a PT. He got me on a diet of low calorie food high in volume I ate cups of spinach three times a day. I was stuffing in good whole foods and wasn't hungry at all. I would weigh in with my trainer each day I was there (twice a week full body HIT workout) and for 13 days the number on the scale didn't move and I was STUFFED. I complained to my PT he said stick with it. From day 13 to day 14 I lost 5 lbs. And from that point on I kept peeling off weight. Eating more food by volume and LOSING weight was mind blowing. It's something that has changed my life for the good forever.

There are plenty of days I don't "want" to go to the gym. Hell there are many more days I don't want to go to work but I just do it. Same thing for the gym. Don't let it be an option as you'll find an excuse to get out of it. Like it or not just go to the gym and do the routine. You'll get there slowly and sustainably. No point in rushing to lose 20lbs only to come off the "diet" and gain 25lbs back (been there and did that for years)

i think I have plateaued using the T3.

never understood the whole supplement thing.... most don't work and its hard to pick through the crap and find the ones that do work. If I have to take a supplement, I am more of natural supplement person..

What does the L-Methionine do for you? (other than help produce creatine?) - ohhh never mind, just found out why you recommended it? is this something I can pick up at GNC or the like? - any particular brand you like more than others, or ones I should stay away from?
