    Var and Low Dose of Test

    Hello, third cycle here. Wanted to run Var 100 a day split 50 am and 50 pm for 8 weeks with a low dose of test cyp 250 a week. I have been taking HGH Jins for the last 2.5 months. Right now I'm up to 4IU's a day 5 on 2 off. My question is about the pct for the var and test. Should I do a standard protocol of clomid at 100mg first week and 50mg for the next 3 weeks with nolvadex at 20mg for four weeks? Im going to continue the HGH for a year. The reason I want to run this current cycle is I just recovered from tennis elbow and my fat percentage went up because of the injury to 20%. Any advice is appreciated.

    all that to lower body fat % i dont think it would end up doing much for body fat

    Hi Frank, I don't think I explained my post. I am hoping for some weight loss and put on a few pounds of muscle. What I would like to run is test 600 a week for 12 weeks and var 100 a day for 6 to 8 weeks. I though my bodyfat might be a bit high to run that cycle so I thought maybe the other? Thoughts.

    how do u know your body fat % if your guessing chances are its probably higher just because its a lower dose of var and test doesn't make it much safer to run. higher body fat and cycling is not the best idea higher body fat higher the chances of side on cycle and u do not want bitch tits that would suck if i were u i would try and lower body fat % on your own cardio and diet first before anything else visit the diet sec and lurk around and learn

    and regardless of goals i don't think u would really benefit from that cycle at all

    It was one of those hand held devices at the gym. Plus or minus 3%. So you think I can get bitch tits or other sides at trt dose? Hcg will be run 250 twice a week. Var is a bit high of 100 a day but I ran that on my last cycle with test 450 a week with no sides.

    Lol yes alot of reading and only two cycles under my belt. When I cycle I take time on plus pct equals time off. Life just gets in my way to cycle as much as I would like. But I am always lifting.

    Do you mean the electronic one that you input the info then hold it in your hands? Cuz those are stupid wrong. It told me I was way higher then I was and a friend of mine that was fat only like 2% higher then me.

    Post a pic. We can usually tell.

    I would diet down a bit. Have you ever done a cutting diet?

    its not just 250mg its the var too and with higher body fat anything is possible when putting things in the body i dont think its a good idea to cycle low dos or not with a body fat of 20-25 or even higher and regardless of goals i don't think u would really benefit from this cycle at all Var 100 a day split 50 am and 50 pm for 8 weeks with a low dose of test cyp 250 a week if it were me i would try and lower body fat % with cardio and diet first before anything else and then run a normal beginner cycle it would be much more beneficial

    Yeah man. Dial in That diet and get that body fat down. At least below 12-15% before wasting your money and health on that cycle. I'm on 100mg of var And 500mg test right now And I'm 185, 9% hoping to get to 7ish. Learn to eat right before doing that.

    Gymfu yes that is it. Ok frank I will hold tight to get the bodyfat down....I respect your opinion. Im still curious what would be the pct protocol for this?

    Fair enough, yes I have run two cycles. First one was back in 2009 a low cycle of test and the second one was 2012 some test and some var. I had time off from the first cycle and injured myself after the last cycle so been lifting again last few months. I am 45 so I guess it will be harder for me to put on muscle.

    You've got to figure it out in the kitchen man. 75%diet. And do some high intensity training, fasted cardio stuff.
