    Help w/ First Cycle

    I am hoping that someone can help me out here with my first cycle.

    42 years old
    148 lbs / 5'6"
    minimal body fat (haven't had it measured)

    I have been active in working (physically) and working out my whole life but always been a small guy. I was never really able to put much weight on. But managed to become pretty strong for my size.

    I am looking to start my first cycle but need to finish with some more research before starting. I am hoping someone can help.

    here is what I have and I receive mixed advice on how to take it. wondering what a few veterans here may think would be an appropriate cycle. also, what is best for PCT, and what is best to keep on hand for sides.

    1-10/ml bottle test prop 100mg
    1-10 ml bottle test cyp 250mg
    200 25mg anavar.

    thinking of an 8-10 week cycle. although I am not a fan of pain, I do like the idea of the prop better due to shorter recovery, I was thinking of getting more prop.

    any input is greatly appreciated.

    Hi the questions you are asking can easily be answered if you research but a few pointers for you.
    1. You need to review your diet and get your weight up.
    2. Address your training schedule.

    4. The var will not yield results for you at your level.

    How do you plan on running the prop and cyp?

    I would be interested to see hiw your nutrition plan before you cycle. Read the stickys on beginner test cycles, the use of an at, pct and using hcg on cycle
