Okay so this will be my first time using deca. My experience with steroids consists of 3 cycles. 1 enanthate @500/week +anadrol @ 50/ed
2 cyp @500/week
3 sus 250 @ 1ml eod
Example deca cycle
Test enanthate @ 300 x 2/week. Weeks 1-16
Deca @ 250 x 2/week. Weeks 1-14
Caber weeks 1-16 @ .5 x2/week
Stats 6'1"
190lbs 12%
23 (young I know)
Bench 260
Squat 400
Curl 55/ 150
sounds good. I just ran that same cycle except I used test cyp. I ran them both for 16 weeks. I gained about 30 lbs on that and stayed at 10%bf
You ran the deca six weeks as u did the test?
You ran the test and the deca both for 16 weeks ?

Yeah I ran them both for 16 weeks. I took 1 ml of both on mon./fri. and ran Aromasin. im currently about to pct in a week.Quote:

Man you DO NOT WANT TO RUN DECA WITHOUT HCG!!!!!!!!!! I can’t stress that any more. Testicular atrophy is all I have to say. I love deca but it shuts you all the way down every time no matter who you are. Don’t do it, if you can’t run HCG. It will not be worth it.
