Well i have reached my max potential, i am 24 and 6ft 1 235lbs. I have thought about it and want to cycle, ive been lifting since freshman year of hs, and have a pretty good diet. So my question to you guys is, for a guy with some joint problems and looking to not have his manhood go to shit after a single cycle, what would you recomend for a first cycle? I was thinking about going with injectables....any input would be apreaciated.

i have always steadily increased in my lifts and my weight has always increased also, but for the past 8-9 months i have not gotten much stronger and really havent made any gains and can def tell im at my max.

diet is 100% organic , and on recovery days i get about one gram of protien per pound of bodyweight and drink about 3/4 of a gallon of water a day. my sister is a nutritionist also so she helps me get it near perfect. ill post a pic tomarow i guess, im on my phone at the moment. and what does 1rm mean? lol

Just curious, you say you are 24.

Also, in your other thread you mention you were 6 ft and 155lb and 18 yrs old.
Now you are 6ft 1, 235 lb, and 24 yrs old????
