    Black stools?

Is this related and I'm aware of the jokes comin but.... I'm doing a test (250mgs a week) and tren e (300mgs a week) and now my shits are black, what's up with that? Or could it be something else, the only thing I've changed is I've up'd my vitamin c intake and taking yakult. Any ideas, am i about to die?

Vitamin C can cause diarrhea and more than likely (id bet on it) it's just the old stuff that was stuck on the pipes for a long time.

I take it you have never done a colon cleanse. OMG the 1st time is scary and you are thinking where did all that black tar come from. Years of buildup...

    Nothing to worry about IMO

As Lovbyts indicated, its most likely the yakult doing its thing. If it continues you will want to make sure its not blood from the upper GI as said already.

How is the smell, meaning does it smell worse than ever? Black tarry stools are a sign of a upper GI bleed and it smells like creeping death. Likely it isn't that w/out some hx.

I agree with Lovbyts if your taking a colon cleanse thats more than likely the cause.

When you take iron supplements your body doesn’t absorb all of the iron. The unabsorbed iron causes your stools to become darker.

I would see a doc ASAP. It could be diet related but DARK stool concerns me.
