next cycle is prop and NPP and i was going to do 350mg prop with 700mg npp a week, do i need to up my test to at least 600mg a week or should 350mg be sufficiant enough to get good gains and stay clear from "deca dick"

175-250mg a week minimum to stear clear from deca dick
at your age I wouldn't run either but eat more and learn how to train, best of luck
