First Cycle in a while, critique
Haven't cycled since 2009 and i figure it is time to jump on one!
5'10 168lbs 17% BF 31yr old
Cycle:
Weeks 1-10 Sus 250mg twice a week (Mon/thurs) and HCG 250iu
ADEX - 0.25 EOD
Weeks 4-10 Anavar @ 75mgs everyday
PCT
Clomid - 75mg everyday for a 1 week/ 25mg for weeks 2-4
Nolva - 40mg everyday for 1 week/ 20mg for weeks 2-4
How does that look fellas? Am i missing anything? Should i be taking pregnenolone and dhea along with this?

The HCG is 250iu 2x a week?
Honestly you seem a bit small for 5'10 17%bf but I'm sure you've got diet and everything under control.
I did sust my first cycle and I pinned e3d to try to take advantage of the shorter esters, but to each his own. I wouldn't use a blend again

What is the objective of the cycle? bulk/cut/recomp?
since you in the middle of the spot that most do not like to be in cause your light and bf is slightly high it makes a tough decision to bulk or cut, Of course cut is the obvious answer to me. ( i have been there as well)
what is going to be your calorie intake based of your decision?

Cycle looks fine the only think I would adjust is the var, which I would run right up to pct start time. I would also question your weight because from the looks of things your eating like a mouse and you really need to get this in check before starting the cycle. Try and up your cals and put some weight on before the cycle and STOP eating like a mouse

here is my training schedule:
Monday: AM- Swim (intervals - sprints)
Tuesday: AM- Bike (i will be using an indoor trainer starting next week) PM- Run (Hill Sprints - then low intensity run/walk)
Wednesday: AM- X-train (Heavy weights - 2 warm up sets, 1 working set to failure)
Thursday: AM - Swim (just laps, long swim)
Friday: AM- X-train (Kettlebell/focused on core/lower back) this is one workout i like to switch it up and do a HIIT style workout
Saturday: Long Bike
Sunday: Long Run

So you mostly do cardio stuff and not the usual bodybuilding stuff in the gym ? If you're that active, like marcus mentioned you should be eating more.

If cardio is making up the main portion of your routine and you are at a deficit then just run a simple test only cycle to help save some muscle
