Thoughts on this cycle

Any thing I can adjust or delete/add to this?
I'm 5'11" 190 16%bf
One cycle 4 yrs ago of sus 250
Looking to cut and add muscle, but mainly shred.
12 weeks:
Test E 600mg/week
Anavar first 6 weeks @ 50-100mg/day
0.25mg-0.5mg Arimidex every other day (start with 0.25, and adjust if needed based on water retention and estrogen related side effects)

PCT:
Clomid - 4 weeks, this dosage each day: [100mg/50mg/50mg/50mg]
Nolvadex 4 weeks, this dosage each day: [40mg/20mg/20mg/20mg]

Is that too much test? It seems high to me but I've never taken test e so not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

You grew an inch taller in since you joined 2 weeks ago?

Drop the var. Run test @ 500mg, add hCG at 250iu twice weekly. PCT looks good.

Lol well I'm 5'10 3/4" but who's counting? I thought var was the top dog? Not good for me you think or just prefer HCG ?

hCG is not a replacement for var, it's required in ever cycle to prevent testicular atrophy, maintain testicular function and help you recover faster. You havent cycled in 4 years so I'd just run a Test cycle. No need for secondary compounds.

I have no idea what var being "Top Dog" means.

Damn noobs, I thought you meant to replace var for HCG to help cut. And everywhere I read it seems like var is the most popular to do that. But I will look into dropping it and adding th HCG, I'm in no rush. Thanks

Good call. Var or no var, cutting is done in the kitchen. Besides, var won't show much at your current BF%. Save it for your next cycle.
