First cycle help

After much deliberation it seems I should maybe just try test E ,hcg and AI. I have tbol and winny I was going to do also but it seems like the experience of you all is telling me otherwise.

Week 1-12 test e 250iu twice/week
Week 1-14.5 HCG. 250iu twice/week
Week 1-12 femara 0.625 mg eod(AI)

Week 14-19 clomid(pct) 75/50/50/50
Week 14-19 nolvadex (pct) 40/20/20/20

Just a couple questions
A- I read you you should take HCG the day before you inject test. So on day one take first HCG and day two take the test. Or both first day and next injection do day before or what?
B-with the letrozole (or any AI) you should adjust dosage as per symptoms so I've read around and it seems like the only symptoms are sore or swollen nipples or gyno? Or is there more I should be looking for?
C-when the test is done do not start PCT untill two weeks later? But continue with HCG for 2.5 weeks? Just wanna make sure this is right

I'm starting this weekend. I got all my gear and ready to rock. Any tips, help, anything would be great. I know many are not too fond of femara but that's what I can get so I'm gonna rock it.
