what the hell is this!! help

My friend have been taking this pill i like 5 month but he dosent really know what it is but it help alot! He wanted to loose weight and a sell told him eat this its "efedrin" (Maybe) but he get a hard heart beat and gets alot of energi and strengt!

I wanted to try this to loose weight he lost 50kg ( he was very big ) but i dont feel like putting anything in my body before knowing anything about it! The seller is not telling the name of the pills he is just saying its efedrin but somebody at the gym said it was t3 so i wonder if any of you guys have seen this kind of pills?

In all honesty there's no way you can tell what's in them caps!
Not sure what the black stuff is in them either
Ephedrine normally comes in very small white tablets (like sweeteners)
T3 the same or liquid form

I would never buy caps of anyone stay well away

A bad picture but the cap is full just toke abit of it out just so you guys could see what it was. But my friend have been taking this 6 month with a break in between and it have help him alot... He tried pills thats had abit of efedrin in and he said it dident have the same effect at all! I am going to get some efedrin pills but you wouldent recommend me do this even though my friend have had good effect of them? He said that he went to the doctor to get a test of his hormon and it was way to high then it should it..

It does kill his appetite... He said the dealer told him that its called Red Rocket Pills but i havent found anything about it. Maybe it rings a bell to anyone here

The only way you're going to know what it is, is by sending out to a lab. Even at that, like Panntastic said it's not going to be accurately dosed.

Here is a rule of thumb, if you don't know what it is, don't take it. I mean you can't know for sure what the stuff is that a drug dealer gives to you, but you should be confident that you know what it is BEFORE you take it. Your "friend" is asking for something really bad to happen to "him."

With just a simple google search, you can find capsule manufacturers that come in just about any colour. You could fill those capsules with just about anything and sell them to somebody telling them they're anything. Your "friend" should be using some fvcking common sense.
