Deca and cyp
I am thinking about doing a 10 week course of deca and cyp but I've searched the web for info on what I need to do and not had Mutch joy in finding the info I need. So can anybody tell me what I would need to do during and after I got the diet and training sorted just not that clued up on what to do after I've finished my course and what problem I could get during I've read things about hcg but don't no Mutch about how Mutch to take and how long etc. so before I start taking my course I want to get all the info I can for my pct. also will 1 mil deca and 2 mil cyp per week give me good results?

Cycle history:1 previous cycle ove tes enathate 10 mil 1 a week when was young and stupid and didn't do a after plan
Training experience:train 4 days week for a year

I personally think you should have waited a little longer to use AAS. you don't have much of a foundation built up.
Get your body fat % checked, most gyms will do this for you. Just ask a staff member, this is a very important number!
Now, we need to know the dosages of your AAS. Deca = XXmg/mL, cyp = XXmg/mL
Telling us you pinned 2ml of this and 1ml of that doesnt say anything at all, we have no idea how many millligrams of the steroid you used because dosage can vary between labs.

140lbs means you have very little muscle. Put 20lbs on naturally, and then think about a run.

Im only thinking about it at the moment I haven been and got the deca and cyp yet so I don't no the mg/ml my cuz got his deca off the same guy think his is 200 I can check with him tomoz and I'm going gym tomoz I will get my body fat % too

Also I have just been eating my regular 3 meals a day but now I'm thinking about steds again I'm eating the same 3 meals and snacking on high protein foods too I'm not even going to entertain the idea of starting my course for at least another month or 2 just wanting info at the moment so I can do it properly this time

This ^^^. Madden you have to learn to eat to gain muscle. You can put on a lot naturally (and keep it) with the proper nutritional intake. Visit the Nutrition forum and read the bulking stickies and maybe post up your daily food intake. The gurus there will help you. Don't waste your money on AAS at this point. Right now it's all nutrition and training...
Also, before you do a cycle in the future get a full hormone panel done to see where your at. That way you have solid numbers to shoot for during PCT. Human said it right, food is the most anabolic thing you have. Use it.

You need to add 40lb before u start anything. Give it at least a year before considering using anything. Any gains u make now will be lost since u don't know how to eat enough to support that muscle
