Current cycle
Hello,
I'm 26, 6'2 230 lbs 15% body fat. Been lifting for about a decade but consistently for the last 4 years.
Here's my cycle
Week 1-10 sust 1cc of 250
Week 2-8 tren EOD
And clomid and nolva PCT
Current split:
Chest/abs
Legs/biceps
Shoulders
Legs/abs
Back/triceps
Any suggestions to change things up?

If all you can get is the sust, then just go with that for your first cycle. If you have access to other estherized forms of test, then go with e or c.
really get to know what test does, how it impacts your body, and what you can expect from it down the road.
Try to only take one new compound at a time. This time, should be test only. Next time, if you are comfortable with the test, then you can add a compound that is new to you.
The idea is that with two unknown compounds, if something happens, like you get some type of reaction, you won't know which one is responsible.

Tren is for experienced users don't jump on that. As said test only 1st time. Im on my 2nd and chose to stick with test only again. You might b surprised what test alone can do.

Haha thanks guys. This is my 4th cycle in 3 years. Have done test e, test p and just sust for the three before. That's why this time around I'm trying the trenski!
