Quick PCT Question

hey everyone i finished my first cycle of test e and i am now starting the PCT
just quick question my PCT will look like this
nolvadex= 40/40/20/20
clomid=100/100/50/50

now is there time between nolvadex pill i should be taking? because my nolvadex pills are 20mg and i need 40mg a day
so can i take two nolvadex pills together? then after cuople of hours take two clomid pills since clomid pills i have are 50mg

just wanted to know like timing between each pills and if my PCT looks well

Yes, you can take them together. Was your cycle pretty heavy that you need the high dose for 2 weeks?

not really, my cycle was simple 500mg a week of test e , what do you prefer?

should i do 20/20/20/20 Nolvadex
and 50/50/50/50 clomid

i plan to keep all my gains that's why i originally said 40/40/20/20 nolvadex and 100/100/50/50 for clomid

Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

Keeping all gains is not realistic, you just need to eat like a horse during PCT.

lol got you, thank you so much so only for first week take high does then get back to normal and
i can take all the clomid and nolvadex at the same time am i right? or take 75mg clomid in morning and 40mg nolvadex at night?

Some people like Nolvadex, some people prefer Clomid. That was a question I was wondering: Can you take both Nolvadex and Clomid at the same time?

Also, what is the benefit for doing so?

Alot of people I know do that, none of them have Gyno or any of that so I'm guessing it works. But I like to avoid clomid. The ocular sides kinda freak me out, I'd hate to deteriorate my vision.

Take your pct meds before bed and the sides will not be as noticeable
