I know exactly how you feel. I can't walk past chocolate bars without buying 4.
But what works for me is planning my days eating ahead of time. And incorporating sweet snacks that won't blow your diet. And of course some will power

How can i control it?? I plan my meals each day, 2 to 3 hours between eachother. Im on 60% protein 20% fat and 20% carbs. It wasnt so bad the first 2 or 3 weeks but now im on week 4 and think the tren has fully kicked in and i wanna eat a horse!!! I could add caffein to surpress my cravings but this raises cortisol levels doesn't it?

What doses are you using? When I use test higher it obliterates my appetite. I never want to eat

    L-Tyrosine can suppress your appetite.

That's why I won't do low carb dieting. I want to eat everything with carbs. And if I don't get it I get crusty and mad. So now now I don't cut them out.

Just be thankful you don't have tim hortons. I have a crippling double double addiction. If I have to drive anywhere I get one for the way ther the way back. And any other excuse I can think of.

you could start by eating carbs, just cause you are cutting doesnt mean you need only 20%

In m opinion less carbs the less calories = more weight loss.
In my opinion carbs are only needed pre and post workout

I hate you! I haven't had a good nights sleep in weeks. But the bed has been dry. No night sweats for me.

Do some reading on metabolic damage from show prep. less consumed = more weight loss. Your macro split can be 40p 40c 20f and just have less than your TDEE and you'll lose weight. I alway drop carbs just a couple weeks out. to trim off the LAST bit of fat. But never more then 14 days and I do have a refeed in there.

Those are the thoughts of a typical female ( not meaning to trash talk) just saying.

    whats you weight and bf%

Metabolism is not as simple as less cals = more fat loss. ive put people on maintianance or even slight over to boost metabolism and have lost weight

theres certain points where less will give you the opposite of the desired effect.

you are entitled to you opinion as well though.

    Yohimbine HCL. I take 20mg, 3x/day and have quite literally zero appetite. I'm perfectly content @ ~800-1200cal.... apprx 190lbs 10% bf 5'9"
That's more than I'd recommend others to take, but it works quite well.

Does the Yohimbine HCL make you shaky or dry mouth?

It used to. I've been taking it for a while, working my way up to 3x/day. Noticing some serious changes in the lower back, chest, thighs etc from it too.
Currently: 20mg adderall 3x/day for ADHD, 200mg caffeine/20mg yohimbine HCL 3x/day, occasionally I throw in 24mg ephedrine to make an ECY stack.
I have stimulant tolerance that exceeds the norm...so...i wouldnt recommend starting with any more than 2.5-5mg yohimbine per dosing.

I don't get the typical stimulant shakes, headaches, dry mouth, etc anymore. its been a long time, but I used to get dry mouth like crazy and shakes.

I 'VE learned I'm the same way. I simply have not saw the sides. No insomnia, minimal sweats, no cough, or anxiety. But it's working and I am freaking hungry all the time.

Never had the chocolate bar problem ,but I'm hungry 24/7 not on tren . what helps me is I make my meals for the week and its the same thing everyday except cheat meal on Friday night dinner with the family and even then no sweets really just alot of sushi which my sushi place hates me cuz I order just the sushi and leave the white rice and deffinetly get more than what paid for all you can eat lol.

I agree. Im VERY sensitive. For me, as soon as i eat anything containing carbs i instantly feel flabby.

Not sure if i have stopped losing fat but ive lost about 6 lbs in 2 weeks but it is starting to SLOW down now.

    I think I can sleep 15hrs a day if I wanted on 600+ tren per week E or A.

Cutting with tren its really hard to lose muscle....some people cut on low carbs and 1500calories....it works. But you will feel like death - without muscle loss though.

Better way I like is around 2500calories(for me) with carbs all post workout since I train fasted in AM. Then no more carbs in day except for veggies.

hard to lose muscle? you'll lose muscle if you dont maintain the 1g protein per 1lb bodyweight
