Advice for my 2nd Cycle - Deca/Sust

Hey Guys - Ready to do another cycle - been a year since last time. I have Deca and Sust and PCT on Hand. Wanted advice on this cycle:

43, 5'9", 167lbs

10 week cycle:
Week 1-8
Deca 250mg 1/week
Sust 250mg 2/week

Week 8-10
Sust 2/week

PCT: Clomid, Nolvadex

Questions:
1. How does this look?
2. Also is my PCT ok to wait until after or should I add Arimidex during?
3. If i have extra Sust should i keep going a couple more weeks at the end to use it up?
4. Dumb question: A vial usually has 10ML in it right?

The electronic one at the gym says 12-13% but I think they have it programmed to make me feel better. I am not as lean as this pic right now but about the same. I def need to bump up the calories big time for this cycle to work - pic hereAttachment 138920

1. This looks good for an easy, light cycle intended to break training plateau's without having to work too hard at it.
2. PCT (note the P stands for Post) is always intended for after the cycle. With these cycle doses I'd feel comfortable beginning one week after your final injection. And yes, you certainly should take Arimidex during the cycle. I'd probably take 0.25mg every other day.
3. No, just call it a day and stick to the schedule.
4. Typically I suppose, I've only ever seen Sustanon in 10ml bottles, but a lab can use whatever they want to. I've had 10, 20, and 25ml bottles of other compounds in times past.

Not 13%, but closer to 15.

However, I agree with the snake charmer. Appears to be a sneaky cycle where you're in and out. Dont forget your hCG and definitely include Adex like Brian suggested @ 25mg EOD. This will also assist in managing prolactin issues.

Looks like you have everything covered here. Nice light cycle, will be pretty easy on the body.

Hi Guys - Quick update and question. I'm on week 4 and seeing some gains but nothing to write home about. Also, week 3 i had a fever for a few days then have been tired and sleeping tons for the past week. My first cycle, I had some sweats and tons of energy and trouble sleeping. Do you think I have some bad gear or just maybe a random cold/flu and it was coincidental? I read some posts about deca-flu. Thanks!
