now I want to cut and cant decide if I should use 250 or 500 test-e, also should I use anavar the first 4 weeks or the last 4 weeks? Plan to do a 12 week long cycle

I would run 500mg/week, and make sure you use an AI.
Is an AI really neccessary with such a relatively light cycle? I always have it on hand in case I get gyno symptoms but I'm not a fan of using it preventivelyQuote:

Estrogen is a carcinogen. You don't keep an AI on hand if gyno flares up; you USE your AI to keep your estrogen levels within normal ranges, and in turn, keeping your testosterone levels higher.
Using an AI also prevents estrogen related fat fain.
