dbol question
did some research heard all different kinds of different answers... its day 6 and ive been taking 50mg/day spacing them out to 10mg every 4 or so hours while im awake. should i worry that ive gained no strength and only 2lbs? (probably only from upping my cals so high)
my friend took the same dbol from the same guy and gained 22lbs in his first 6 weeks so am i just paranoid? or should they have kicked in by now....?

Sounds like you're starting to retain some water. I usually give dbol 10 to 12 days before I call it bunk. you should be feeling some back pumps in a few days. Then again, I don't know what your diet and training are like.

I liked taking dbol all at once, pre workout. Give it a shot if you want
Don't worry about what your friends did either, everyone is different. You will only psyche yourself out

Dbol has a half life of 3.5 to 5 hours, so it "kicks in" very quickly. As to cumulative gains, cj111 is right on, everyone is different. The strength factor from dbol is more a result of individual CNS efficiency than muscle formation. Bottom line, run the cycle, get all you can, and be happy for what it did do for you.

If bloat is a concern switch over to tbol as it will not douse aromatization

I'm comming to week 5 on dbol an test. Having done a dbol only cycle I have exactly the same reactions as before. Everyone reacts differently. I do not bloat at all (probably because diet is very clean and I take aromasin every day). My muscles get harder feeling and looking by end of week one. I have made good gains muscle gains and actually leaned out and lost fat a bit, due to cardio and diet. I have a mate who is running the same and he bloated quite alot. Just depends how you run it and how you react. 30mgED btw.

thats what i was thinking, im a personal trainer and a roofer on the side... my back is tight after a roof but had one yesterday and HOLY CRAP! felt like my lower back was made of concrete. told myself id give it 2-3 weeks and if i dont see anything im throwing all the gear away. whats the point of dealing with pin pain if im not gaining anything off it.... i have a 2nd source id go to.. little more pricey but on point gear for sure.....

Pin pain wears away after a while, by week 3 I was able to squat and deadlift again ( doing glute shots). And as far as I'm aware you don't get back pumps from test like you do with dbol

Never used dbol , but planning it for next cycle. What are back pumps? I have seen this before with regards to dbol.

Back pumps are a common side effect of dbol , your lower back gets so pumped up that it becomes uncomfortable, and in some cases painful. For example deadlifting really triggers mine off. To the point where after a few sets just picking up the bar becomes painful. It's temporary side effect and usually last for 10 minutes for me anyway.

There was a comment to take tbol instead to alleviate the back pumps. So, is tbol considered a better alternative to dbol for an oral?

I just didn't take it on leg day, the back bumps from squatting were unbearable, and almost counter productive.
The comment about Tbol was in regards to bloat, not back pumps

Just be patient. If you had gained 5-10 lbs already, would you be happy?

It took me a good week until I could really feel it. I now feel it on a daily basis about an hour after I take it. CJ111 has the right idea. Take it as a pre-workout all at once. It helps add a little monster to me in the gym. :-)

I had the same problems from Anadrol , but once the back pumps started taking affect, it didn't matter if I was working my ears and fingers in the gym, I'd still get them. Eventually I discovered that taking 5,000 - 7,500 mg of Taurine pre-workout would deter most of the pain and let me get back to focusing on my routine. I'd recommend taking Taurine at least twice a day, and a lot of it.

ok, just an update to those i was asking. 8 1/2 days deep. up 5 pounds, power is up, pumps are up, lifting mentality is up. back pumps continue even on non back days (totally worth it tho!) for some reason i now feel this is going to be an awesome cycle. started my progress pics. going to post them at the end for anyone whos interested

never outside of drinking it in energy drinks.. and correction. posted my 5 lb gain before weighing in today. were at 6.6 lbs!

Justed started .my dbol enth yesterday. 50mg split in 2 doses 12 hours apart. I dont think there is a solid answer for the best way
