what is enough deca for joints? when u add deca for joints how much is enough..........i did 100 from my first cycle but from what I heard after that was a bad idea to take so little.....like it was more harm than good! any help?

I get benefits from 200mg a week of deca for joint pain but I don't get any muscle gain from that amount.

Same as Rickson here... I used deca at 200mg/wk to lube up a messed up shoulder joint and it worked fine. Not enough for growth but what a relief it was!

From everything I've seen you could use that small amount of deca to help with joint pain. If you expect to see any gains from the deca should should use at least 2mg/lb body weight. Best of luck to you.
