    Injecting into Bicep?

I am just curious, why doesn't more people inject into bicep for. It seems like glutes and deltoids are really popular. I like the bicep because it's just like there (easy spot to inject and see of course). I was reading somewhere though. That your bicep has more veins around that area, so you have to be careful not to hit one... Is this true?

Never had a problem putting 2 ml there. Just do it on arm day so the pain is gone by next arm day.

The veins thing is very much true. I prefer to inject in places where both my arms are free. Quads are my favorite

I completely agree. Not to mention the fact that they are larger muscles, and cause far less discomfort than injecting into any place on the arm.

I've tried injecting Bi's for years and they just get so damn sore for 3-4 days I just gave up on them.

Biceps are easy. If you rotate enough sites you don't have to deal with marks. 100% Painless. People experience pain because they inject directly into the peak, which is dumb. Should be down the outer side.

About ten years ago I was on a cycle. I did a shot of test 400 in my biceps, directly into the peak like you spoke of. I literally couldn't bend by arms for close to a week. Haha made it very very hard to work, sleep and everything else. Aaaah the good old days eh

Yea and plus you have to make sure the muscle is relaxed as possible. I learned that one the hard way as you probably already read one of my postings. I was also reading to inject right when you get out of of a hot shower as your muscles will even be more relaxed.

I think some people tend to flex their bicep a bit more then what they realize when they inject into it. Therefore it causes them post pain.

Yeah. Probably gathered oil between the brachii and brachialis. Or whatever they're called.

I inject into the bicep regular the scar tissue is a added bonus in this area lol

Problems only occur when people inject into the centre of the bicep between the long and short head, the bicep kind of splits down the middle so injecting into this area can cause some pain. Best places are to inject from the side into the short or long head IMHO

    diagram may help
