Need some advice, new to this!
Just wondering what my best options are to lose some excess weight I got a little stomach and little man boobs I'm 6'3 210lbs and still pretty athletic and have muscular arms, but I want to get pecs and abs as fast as possible so just wondering best steroids ,hgh, or supplements to take, any one with quality information?

Drop the fat first, diet exercise. You dont need steroids . Read the posts while you drop the fat then you will be informed. Steroids arent a diet pill.

Welcome.
This is probably not what you want to hear, but saying "I want... as fast as possible" tells me that you're going to set yourself up for failure. With or without steroids , this stuff takes some time. There is no magic pill, and it all starts with diet. If your diet is off, you're going to be very disappointed. I urge you to seek advice in the nutrition forum first, meanwhile, you could research steroid profile on our site so that you understand what they do and how they work.

I understand its not going to happen overnight I'm just wanting to be looking good by the middle of summer this winter got the best of me, I work out everyday for my job..so I just want some good muscle building advise and best weight loss advice I already diet I just am wondering what would be good to take to help both weight loss and muscle building

If you focus on diet and training hard it will drop bf% quicker the you think go to nutrition forum there's a sticky about a cutting diet posted by Gbrice Read that, he's very knowledgable about cutting diets and how to get it done. Also has one where you can ask him any question about nutrition I think this will help you greatly. I say bulking or cutting 70% diet 30% training because without I clean diet that fits your goals you will only be disappointed in the end even if you train your ass off. Hope that helps

I know I understand the diet and traing part I've been doing that, I'm just want to know good supplements and good workout for weight loss and muscle building. I do landscaping and construction so I carry and move heavy block and stone all day plus a bunch of other hard work. So any other advise anyone besides train and diet

I know that but I want to build muscle as I'm losing I only need to lose 10 or 15 more lbs so that's why I'm wondering what are good workout regiments and good supplimets, I did steroids in high school and loved it, it worked great! But I want to know what's good

Everyone wants to drop bf% while building muscle lol and in some cases it possible not easy for myself or others from what I see, pick one drop bf% or get big getting bigger it will be much easier this way. You say man boobs and stomach guessing 20-25% bf so steroids are out of the pic research why that is then forget about a cycle. Then when you ready to take advice on how to diet and train right research in the correct sections. I read at least 30 a night on stickies now so you should do te same, then after doing that for awhile maybe you will be able to answer you own questions because I don't thing you want to hear what your hearing from me or anyone eles.

Get to the kitchen and throw out anything that isn't on a bodybuilders diet so you cant eat it lol. jk
Good diet, mean cardio and good training, higher reps

There are two forums that I learned alot from in a short amount of time I this site, 1 nutriton 2 training I don't want to sous like a a$$hole but I can't write out your whole workout and diet for you. Read the stickies in those forums and you can figure it all out. You have a starting point with your tdee's, now I have a log in the nutrition forum named dougies cutting log it may not be perfect for you but it will show you an outline to base yours on.
