Never done a cycle before, need advice.
I've never done a cycle before but have worked out for about 10 years. I'm looking for something to get me to the next level. Looking to add some mass but also get some definition. What do you recommend for a first timer? Only looking to do maybe 2-3 cycles and not something too pricey. Thanks for the help. I'm 31 years old, 210 lbs, 6' tall.

Welcome, check out the education section and read the stickies it will help you understand what you should be doing for a first cycle, also read up on PCT. A standard first cycle is normally test only for 10-12 weeks but do some reading then post what you have planed then we can guide you through it

You sound like me a year ago. Like these guys said read the stickies. You will find the best protocol is test only for the first cycle. As this is the base you would use with any other compound in the future. Also it is all you need!
Cutting or bulking will be dependent on your diet. Educate yourself with PCT, SERMS, AI, HCG . Then come back with a new post with stats and proposed cycle including PCT. You will get advice better doing this.
